AKKODIDS is seeking a ServiceNow Engagement manager to work remotely with up to 25% travel in the SE part of the United States. Candidates must reside in one of these states:
TN, GA, FL, KY, NC, SC, IL, PA, IN, and OH

We are seeking a ServiceNow Engagement Manager to lead customer engagements from solutioning and discovery through implementation, adoption, and post-go-live support.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong ServiceNow expertise with excellent consulting, stakeholder management, and business analysis skills. You''ll serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions while supporting pre-sales activities and delivery execution.
Pay: $105,000 up to $115,000
Responsibilities:
Lead client-facing ServiceNow engagements from discovery through implementation and project completion.
Facilitate workshops to assess business requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and drive process standardization.
Gather, document, and validate detailed business and technical requirements.
Design and recommend ServiceNow solutions aligned with customer objectives and ServiceNow best practices.
Provide implementation guidance, platform configuration oversight, and solution delivery support.
Support ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM initiatives, including integrations with external systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
3-5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
Strong experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM solutions.
Experience delivering ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
Understanding of ServiceNow development concepts, including scripting, configuration, and customization best practices.
Experience leading or guiding ServiceNow implementations using Agile delivery methodologies.
REQUIRED: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Engagement & Delivery Management
Proven ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience gathering requirements, coordinating development efforts, and overseeing testing activities.
Strong project and engagement management capabilities, including planning, status reporting, risk management, and project closure.
Business & IT Acumen
Experience working within IT Operations environments beyond ServiceNow-specific roles.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - preferred
ServiceNow Sales Accreditations preferred - preferred
