ServiceNow Enterprise Architect

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  
• 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years focused on ServiceNow architecture.
  
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and administration.
  
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management.
  
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
  
• Experience designing large-scale, multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
  
• Proven experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and enterprise integrations.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. 
  
• Preferred Qualifications
  
• • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – preferred.
    
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
    
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
    
  • TOGAF Certification.
    
  • Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
    
  • Experience in Fortune 500 or large enterprise environments.
