Job Title: ServiceNow Flow Designer/Automation Engineer

Duration: 6 Month Contract

Location: 5 days ONSITE in CLT, RAL, ATL, Richmond, Wilson

Required Pay Scale: 100-110/hr on W2

• Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates*

Deliver a Service Aware Organization by standardizing service identity, ownership, dependencies, telemetry, and controls into a machine-readable model that enables end-to-end visibility, enforced accountability, and scalable, automation-driven operations

Must Haves

• Extensive experience designing and implementing workflows in ServiceNow Flow Designer or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of workflow orchestration and process automation principles.
• Experience translating business requirements into automated solutions.
• Proven ability to build scalable and reliable automation in enterprise environments.

Desired Skills

• Experience supporting service-centric or Service-Aware operating models.
• Familiarity with governance automation and policy-as-code concepts.
• Experience with ITSM processes such as change and incident management.
• Background in regulated or complex enterprise environments.
