Job Summary:
This position requires managing and optimizing the ServiceNow Field Service Management application. The administrator will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation of scheduling, mobile capabilities, and inventory to enhance field technician performance. They will also configure various system components and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer the ServiceNow FSM platform including upgrades and daily operations.
• Configure and support the Dispatcher Workspace for efficient task allocation.
• Optimize the Mobile Agent app for field technicians and offline use.
• Manage core data models like work orders and assignment rules.
• Configure inventory and parts management functionalities.

• Minimum 3 years ServiceNow Platform Administration experience
• Experience with dynamic scheduling and map integrations
