1. 10+ years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow platform.
2. 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow FSO or CSM implementation.
3. Design, configure and develop ServiceNow Financial Services Operations (FSO) applications and workflows.
4. Build and customize applications using App Engine Studio.
5. Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer flows, Integration Hub spokes, and Script Includes.
6. Design and implement integrations with other platforms using Integration Hub.
7. Develop REST/SOAP integrations where IH spoke is not available
8. Design API-led integrations, MID server architecture, and data synchronization patterns.
9. Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, CSDM principles, and platform governance standards.
10. Utilize ServiceNow AI and automation capabilities to improve process efficiency.
11. Work directly with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify automation opportunities.
12. Create custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators for vulnerability KPIs and trends.
13. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
14. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
15. Certified Implementation Specialist Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM)
