ServiceNow Full Stack Developer - Senior

Location: McLean, VA / Plano, TX (Fully Onsite) - Preference for McLean VA

Introduction

This role supports the Enterprise Risk Management Technologies Team in configuring and integrating out-of-the-box ServiceNow GRC solutions, tailored to meet specific business needs. The position is contracted until March 31, 2027.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years as ServiceNow Application Developer.
• 3 years as Certified ServiceNow Application Developer.
• 4 years with JavaScript, AJAX, XML, JSON, HTML & CSS.
• Strong Glide Record queries & scripting.
• REST API implementation.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk & Compliance (GRC).
• ServiceNow Integration Hub experience.
• 4 years in Agile enterprise environments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, develop & implement ServiceNow GRC modules.
• Configure UI: Forms, Fields, Lists, Views, Workspaces, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Dashboards, Reports, Service Catalog & Portals.
• Configure Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Flows, Workflows, Notifications, Mail Scripts & Events.
• Configure Users, Roles, Groups & ACLs.
• Create, manage & deploy Update Sets.
• Import data into GRC application tables.
• Build integrations using Integration Hub & REST APIs.
• Execute functional testing of GRC workflows.
• Create technical documentation.
• Participate in Agile sprints & Scrum ceremonies.
• Provide production/end-user support.
• Assist with deployment planning and software compliance.
