Job Description
Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a ServiceNow GRC/IRM Developer – Cybersecurity for their Charlotte, NC/ Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow GRC applications and workflows.
- Build modern user experiences using UI Builder and ServiceNow Workspace technologies.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Leverage Claude to accelerate ServiceNow GRC/IRM development, solution design, scripting, troubleshooting, and workflow automation
- Configure and enhance Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and related GRC modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop integrations with enterprise systems using ServiceNow APIs and integration frameworks.
- Perform code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and configuration guides.
- Support deployment, upgrades, and production releases.
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM development.
- Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow scripting and custom application development.
- Experience with UI Builder and Workspace development.
- Experience using Claude for ServiceNow development, scripting, workflow automation, troubleshooting
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- 10.00 Years of Experience.
