ServiceNow Solution Architect - HR Service Delivery (HRSD)Job Summary
We are seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect to design, implement, and enhance enterprise HR Service Delivery solutions supporting the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on HRSD experience, including Employee Center, HR Case Management, workflows, integrations, scripting, and APIs.
Responsibilities- Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Configure Employee Center, HR Case Management, HR workflows, SLAs, routing, and related HRSD capabilities.
- Design and implement integrations between HRSD and external HR, identity, and business systems.
- Develop and troubleshoot ServiceNow solutions using scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and Flow Designer.
- Work directly with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Support enhancements and modernization efforts to replace or retire legacy HR systems.
- Support ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, within HR service delivery.
- Provide technical guidance for roadmap, releases, integrations, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure HRSD solutions address security, data privacy, usability, and accessibility requirements.
Required Qualifications- 5-7 years of experience managing ServiceNow environments for a U.S. Federal Government agency.
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow HRSD implementation and configuration experience.
- Experience with Employee Center and HR Case Management.
- Experience with HR workflows, Flow Designer, SLAs, case routing, and HR service delivery processes.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations.
- Strong understanding of HR service delivery processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required Certifications- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HR Service Delivery (CIS-HRSD)
Preferred Qualifications- Federal Government HRSD implementation experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist or other AI capabilities.
- Experience replacing or migrating legacy HR systems to ServiceNow HRSD.
- Experience handling HR data privacy and PII.
- Experience with Employee Center Pro or Employee Journey Management.
- Experience with Section 508 and employee-facing portal accessibility.
- Human-Centered Design or usability testing experience.
Clearance
U.S. Citizenship required. Must be able to obtain and maintain the applicable federal Public Trust suitability determination.
Work Location
Remote within the United States, with occasional onsite or travel requirements as needed.
Compensation:
The expected compensation range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 annually. Compensation is determined in good faith and may vary based on job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, clearance level, labor category alignment, contract requirements, work location, internal equity, and business needs.
