ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

Location: 100% Remote

Configure, implement, and support ServiceNow Sourcing and Procurement Operations (SPO) solutions that streamline sourcing, procurement, purchasing, supplier management, and approvals. Translate business requirements into scalable workflows, integrations, and automation across procurement, sourcing, finance, and IT functions.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• ServiceNow Sourcing and Procurement Operations (SPO) implementation experience.
• ServiceNow Flow Designer configuration experience.

Responsibilities:

• Configure ServiceNow SPO procurement intake, sourcing, purchasing, supplier, and approval workflows.
• Translate procurement requirements into ServiceNow workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, and flows.
• Develop ServiceNow integrations with ERP, financial, procurement, and supplier platforms.
• Support data mapping, migration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow configuration and integration issues.
• Document technical solutions and provide knowledge transfer to administrators and business users.
