- Over 5 years of experience with ServiceNow IRM, particularly in GRC processes and modules
- At least 10 years of professional experience in risk management, GRC, or similar fields, showcasing a thorough understanding of enterprise risk and controls processes
- Proven history of converting complex business requirements into precise, applicable specifications for extensive ServiceNow IRM deployments
- Expertise in essential IRM functions including Risk Identification, Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSA), Issue Management, Incident Management, Loss Events, and Controls Testing
- Comprehensive knowledge of the ServiceNow IRM suite and its functionalities, encompassing Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management
- Deep familiarity with GRC and risk management frameworks and best practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation capabilities, able to connect effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated proficiency in leading workshops, gathering requirements, and conveying intricate information to various organizational levels
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
- We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to be a subject matter expert in risk management processes, playing a crucial role in defining and documenting requirements for the ServiceNow IRM platform
Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops and interviews with business stakeholders to define, analyze, and validate GRC/IRM requirements
- Convert business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams for implementation within ServiceNow IRM
- Create risk-related materials such as risk registers, risk assessment methodologies, and control frameworks
- Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure alignment with strategic GRC objectives
- Lead discovery workshops and carry out process analyses to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices
- Serve as the functional owner of the ServiceNow IRM solution to ensure it meets business goals effectively
