ServiceNow IRM Developer

Description:
Client: Client
Locations: Minneapolis, Hopkins, McLean (VA), and other Client hub locations. In-person interviews preferred for candidates in Minneapolis,or McLean; otherwise, video.
Project / Initiative:
The role supports Client s enterprise AI intake and governance platform. AI ideas are submitted through a centralized intake process, assessed by autonomous agents, reviewed by an AI Champion, routed to the appropriate delivery path, and tracked through production and value realization.
Core Responsibilities:
Participate in design/discovery sessions and sprint ceremonies.
Work with Client and development leads to translate requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
Develop ServiceNow IRM user stories and take ownership from design through production deployment.
Recommend out-of-the-box ServiceNow configurations wherever possible rather than customization.
Perform testing, peer code reviews, defect resolution, and support functional/UAT testing.
Maintain detailed technical documentation to meet audit requirements.
Potentially develop custom applications using tools such as GitHub Copilot.

ServiceNow IRM: 3+ years

Spring Boot 2+ years
React UI 2+ years
ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
AWS or Azure native application development
Ideal Candidate:
A strong hands-on ServiceNow IRM developer who can independently own requirements from discovery/design through development, testing and production, understands platform best practices, and favors configuration over unnecessary customization.
