Job Role: ServiceNow ITAM Developer/SME

Job Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Job Type: Long Term Contract

Pay Range: $50 to $58/Hr on W2

Role Overview

We are looking for a ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) SME to lead the implementation, administration, and optimization of ServiceNow ITAM solutions, particularly:

• Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
• Software Asset Management (SAM Pro)
• Asset Lifecycle Management
• Discovery and CMDB integrations

The candidate will work with Infrastructure, Security, Procurement, Application Support, and Compliance teams to improve asset management, support audits, and maximize IT asset value.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong ServiceNow ITAM experience

• Hardware Asset Management (HAM)

• Software Asset Management (SAM / SAM Pro)

• Asset Lifecycle Management

• ServiceNow CMDB & Discovery

• ServiceNow configuration: workflows, forms, business rules, integrations

• Complex Publisher Pack configuration for:

• Microsoft

• Oracle

• IBM

• SAP

• Software license compliance and entitlement management

• Asset/CMDB data reconciliation

• Reports, dashboards, KPIs

• Production support and troubleshooting

• ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and enhancements

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator - Required

Integration & Development Skills

• Flow Designer
• IntegrationHub

• JavaScript
• PowerShell
• Data transformations and scripting
• Integration with external systems
• Understanding of network architecture and integration security
