Job Summary (ServiceNow ITOM Lead Spokane, WA, Onsite)

- 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform in large, multitier enterprise environments.
- Extensive IT industry experience (8 to 12 years).
- Proven expertise in implementing ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Proficient in using ServiceNow client and server APIs (e.g., GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord).
- Responsible for validating requirements and identifying discrepancies.
- Design technical solutions and recommend best practices.
- Ensure accuracy and feasibility of provided information.
- Provide domain architecture and technical leadership for projects.
- Actively participate in requirements gathering meetings and advise developers.
- Guide and review end-to-end ITOM implementation and customization in ServiceNow.
- Required certifications: ServiceNow Administration, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (Discovery, Service Mapping, etc.).
- Must have skills in: ServiceNow CMDB, ConnectedOps, ITOM Cloud Insights, ITOM Discovery, ITOM Governance, ITOM Service Mapping, Cloud Observability.
