Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as a ServiceNow ITSM Senior Developer. This role is crucial for implementing and enhancing our IT Service Management processes and solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
7-8 years of experience as a ServiceNow ITSM Developer
Experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, or Service Catalog
Ability to configure ServiceNow ITSM applications in alignment with approved design plans
Experience with JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL/industry standards
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
US Citizen or Green Card Holder due to Federal Compliance
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Experience with SQL query creation and LDAP Query
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Implement moderate to complex custom widgets and backend scripting
Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and complex workflows
Develop ServiceNow integrations using APIs, web services, and data imports/exports
Create request forms, develop integration with external systems, and implement security measures
Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings
