A growing enterprise organization is seeking a ServiceNow Lead to support the continued expansion of its IT service management and asset management capabilities. The company recently completed a migration into ServiceNow and is investing heavily in workflow automation, operational maturity, and long-term platform ownership.

This role will partner closely with enterprise architecture and infrastructure teams to help enhance ServiceNow functionality across ITSM, asset management, and change management operations. The position offers strong visibility, hands-on ownership, and long-term growth potential within a highly collaborative environment.
What You ll Tackle
  • Support ongoing ServiceNow platform enhancements and operational improvements
  • Build and optimize workflows across ITSM, HAM, SAM, and Change Management
  • Assist with platform configuration, deployment, and lifecycle support activities
  • Partner with enterprise architecture and infrastructure teams on process improvements
  • Help improve operational efficiency through automation and workflow standardization
  • Support asset lifecycle visibility and governance initiatives
  • Participate in change management and service operations initiatives
  • Contribute to reporting, documentation, and platform best practices
What You Bring
  • 3 6 years of ServiceNow experience in enterprise environments
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM workflows and platform administration
  • Experience supporting HAM and SAM initiatives
  • Understanding of Change Management processes and ITIL concepts
  • Experience participating in ServiceNow implementations or migrations
  • Ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams
  • Strong troubleshooting and process improvement skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Experience supporting enterprise operational environments
  • Exposure to CMDB or ITOM
  • Financial services or insurance industry experience
  • Workflow automation or scripting exposure
  • Dashboarding and KPI reporting experience
  • Experience working in hybrid infrastructure environments
