Roles & Responsibilities
- Good exposure on ServiceNow AI platform, Now Assist, AI Control Tower, Moveworks AI Assistant, Predictive intelligence and workflow data fabric.
- Identify and prioritize AI / agentic use cases across service desk, application, and infrastructure operations
- Define architecture and decision framework for: Now Assist vs Predictive Intelligence vs Moveworks
- Design integrated ServiceNow + Moveworks solutions for conversational AI and workflow execution
- Drive implementation of: AI-assisted and autonomous workflows, Knowledge generation, triage, and resolution automation
- Establish AI operating model and governance (intake, lifecycle, risk, compliance, support)
