Job Description

Good exposure on ServiceNow AI platform, Now Assist, AI Control Tower, Moveworks AI Assistant,Predictive intelligence and workflow data fabric.

Identify and prioritize AI / agentic use cases across service desk, application, and infrastructure operations

Define architecture and decision framework for: Now Assist vs Predictive Intelligence vs Moveworks

Design integrated ServiceNow + Moveworks solutions for conversational AI and workflow execution

Drive implementation of: AI-assisted and autonomous workflows, Knowledge generation, triage, and resolution automation

Establish AI operating model and governance (intake, lifecycle, risk, compliance, support)
