We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow / Oracle ERP Integration Solution Designer to design and support enterprise integrations between ServiceNow and Oracle ERP. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ServiceNow integrations, IntegrationHub, APIs, and enterprise integration architecture, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and support enterprise integrations between ServiceNow and Oracle ERP.
• Define integration architecture, data mappings, APIs, interfaces, and end-to-end data flows.
• Determine the appropriate integration approach using ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration technologies.
• Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical integration designs.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow and Oracle development teams throughout solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Support integration testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production deployments.
• Ensure integration solutions meet enterprise standards for security, performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Create and maintain solution architecture documents, integration specifications, data mappings, and technical documentation.
• Identify integration risks, dependencies, and technical issues and work with appropriate teams to resolve them.
• Ensure integration solutions align with enterprise architecture and development standards.

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including enterprise integrations and solution design.
• Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with Oracle ERP or similar enterprise ERP platforms.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub and enterprise integration technologies.
• Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, authentication, data transformation, and API-based integrations.
• Experience with middleware technologies and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of data mapping, data flows, interfaces, and integration architecture.
• ServiceNow IntegrationHub certification or relevant ServiceNow integration certification is required.
• Understanding of integration security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
