ServiceNow Platform Administrator/Architect

Location: Remote at Washington, DC

Duration: 3 months

Seeking for an experienced professional with a strong background in ServiceNow platform administration and architecture. This role requires expertise in various ServiceNow modules and integrations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and configure core ServiceNow modules, including ITSM and SPM.
• Support and maintain platform updates, releases, patches, and upgrades.
• Monitor platform performance and ensure instance health.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support enhancements.
• Provide architectural guidance for platform design and integration strategy.
• Utilize AI capabilities to improve productivity and solution quality.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform administration.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow development concepts.
• Experience with REST API integrations and data management.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC practices and Agile methodologies.
• ITIL certification.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with ITOM, SecOps, and CSM modules.
• Familiarity with AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Playwright.
• Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF) and regression testing.
