Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect to take end-to-end ownership of the ServiceNow platform. The role is responsible for driving the overall architectural strategy and ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD), with additional exposure to Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Legal Service Delivery (LSD) as value-add capabilities, along with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.

Core Expertise
" Strong, hands-on experience in ServiceNow Platform Architecture and enterprise solution design.
" Deep expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) (mandatory).
" Exposure to Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Legal Service Delivery (LSD) (good to have).
" Proven experience in ServiceNow integrations, including REST/API-based integrations and middleware patterns.
" Solid understanding of platform governance, health, security, and best practices.
" Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at leadership levels.
" Experience guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
