Your Role

Akkodis is seeking an ServiceNow Platform Architect for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ (Remote). The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and governing enterprise ServiceNow architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing platform solutions that align with business objectives and digital transformation goals.

Rate Range: $68/hour to $75/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

ServiceNow Platform Architect Job Responsibilities include:

• Define, design, and govern enterprise ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow platform roadmaps, driving workflow adoption strategies across ITSM and other ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or SecOps.

• Lead architecture reviews, solution design discussions, and technical governance initiatives to promote platform health, security, maintainability, and upgrade readiness.

• Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and executive stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into effective ServiceNow platform capabilities and solutions.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate architectural and platform risks while providing recommendations to improve operational performance, compliance, and long-term sustainability.

• Advise customers on emerging ServiceNow capabilities, including AI-driven features and automation solutions, while driving innovation and alignment with organizational digital transformation goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field. ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, and CIS are required; CTA or ArchX certifications are highly preferred.

• 8-10+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture, enterprise application architecture, IT Service Management (ITSM), or digital transformation initiatives.

• Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, including ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, integrations, security, platform governance, instance management, and enterprise solution design.

• Proven experience developing platform roadmaps, leading architecture governance, managing executive stakeholders, driving AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise ServiceNow implementations.

Pay Details: $68.00 to $75.00 per hour
