The Pegasus program is a collaborative coalition partnership between the Five Eyes (FVEY) military nations that consists of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and the United States. The program's objective is to provide a wide array of information sharing capabilities (email, phone, video, and chat) to enable a variety of contact options for FVEY coalition warfighters promoting consistent and seamless collaboration opportunities at both a national and international level.We are seeking qualified candidates to operate and maintain Pegasus, which directly support US military forces and US Coalition members with critical war planning and warfighting capabilities. The Pegasus team will test, deploy, operate, sustain, and maintain all Pegasus networks, services, and applications.Responsibilities:ServiceNow Configuration and Development: Experience with the design, configuration, and development of ServiceNow applications, modules, flows, and interfaces to meet the organization's SPM, CSM, ITSM and/or ITAM (hardware) requirements.Collaborate across the ServiceNow platform team and business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications and functional requirements for ServiceNow solutions.Integration and Data Migration: Collaborate with other teams to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems and third-party applications. Manage data migration tasks when required.Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, tools, and best practices.Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations and developments to ensure system stability, reliability, and accuracy.
