ServiceNow QA Tester - Columbus, OH (ONSITE)

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow QA Tester / ServiceNow QA Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of a ServiceNow platform. This role will be responsible for ServiceNow testing, functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, API testing, CMDB validation, and platform upgrade testing.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and executes test plans, test cases, and test scripts; perform functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
• Tests ServiceNow applications, workflows, CMDB enhancements, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CI relationships, including CMDB data accuracy and integrity.
• Validates REST/SOAP API integrations, MID Servers, and third-party applications.
• Supports ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and releases, including automated testing using ServiceNow ATF when applicable.
• Identifies, documents, tracks, and retests defects through resolution while collaborating with developers, administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders; maintain testing documentation and quality metrics.

NOTE: Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents (Green Card holders) to be considered for this position.

Job Type: Contract - 3 Months, with Potential Extension or Conversion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of software QA/testing experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow testing experience.
• Experience testing ServiceNow modules including: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping or Service Catalog.
• Hands-on experience testing REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Understanding of ServiceNow workflows and platform capabilities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, defect management, and communication skills.
