Job Description:

As part of the GTM strategy, we are looking to onboard a Lead, Sales & Marketing to plan & execute our GTM activities including events, white papers, joint press releases and other avenues to elevate our positioning in the market for ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:
  1. Build a short- and long-term strategy to increase client mindshare for ServiceNow within globally markets including North America, Latin America, UK, Europe, Middle East Asia, Africa, APAC and ANZ regions
  2. Work closely with the Sales / Account teams to identify avenues to reach out to prospective customers.
  3. Collaborate with industry teams at client to strengthen campaigns and thought leadership.
  4. Create a plan for joint GTM events along with ServiceNow partner, customer roundtables, industry & technology focused events, campaigns, white papers, etc.
  5. Enable execution of the GTM plan in North America, UK, Europe & ANZ regions
  6. Create impactful written and visual content (posts, blogs, thought leadership).
  7. Design branded assets for LinkedIn, pitch decks, and event materials (using Canva, or similar tools).
  8. Drive inbound lead generation through targeted content and campaigns.
  9. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent client and build relationships.
  10. Monitor performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize campaigns.
  11. Keep up with B2B marketing trends, especially LinkedIn innovations.
Qualifications:
  1. A sound understanding of the GTM and marketing function and different avenues for customer outreach
  2. 10 15 years of GTM & marketing experience in global system integrator (GSI) organizations
  3. Familiarity with packaged solutions and ability to create a marketing plan tailored to specific industries and regions
  4. Strong relationship and interpersonal skills. This role has many internal and external stakeholders, and the successful candidate must be comfortable handling complexity in a diverse environment
  5. Demonstrate strong personal communication and executive presence to establish interest, credibility and trust.
  6. Strong expertise in LinkedIn marketing (strategy, growth, content creation).
  7. Proficiency with Canva (or similar design tools)
  8. Strong balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  9. Confident communicator who enjoys events and networking.
  10. Creative, resourceful, and proactive full of fresh ideas.
  11. Existing network of industry/media partners.
  12. Willing to travel - 30%
