Description

CTG is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SAM Pro Technical Lead to provide technical leadership for a client's Software Asset Management (SAM) initiatives. This remote contract position will lead end-to-end ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro) implementations, perform current-state assessments, evaluate data quality, and deliver strategic recommendations to optimize SAM capabilities. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise with ServiceNow SAM Pro, strong solution architecture skills, and the ability to serve as a client-facing technical leader while mentoring development teams. Location: Remote Duration: 9 months Key Responsibilities: Lead ServiceNow SAM Pro implementations from assessment through delivery and optimization. Serve as the primary technical authority and client-facing solution lead for SAM Pro initiatives. Assess current SAM processes, configurations, integrations, and data quality to identify improvement opportunities. Develop strategic recommendations, maturity roadmaps, and optimization plans. Design scalable SAM Pro solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices. Provide technical guidance, leadership, and mentorship to development teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver effective software asset management solutions. Required Skills: ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro). End-to-end ServiceNow SAM Pro implementation experience. Current-state assessments and data quality analysis. Strategic planning, roadmap development, and solution recommendations. Client-facing consulting and technical leadership experience. Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills. Required Experience: Extensive experience implementing and optimizing ServiceNow SAM Pro solutions. Proven experience leading ServiceNow technical engagements as a Technical Lead, Architect, or Solution Lead. Demonstrated ability to evaluate existing SAM environments and recommend process and technology improvements. Experience guiding teams through complex ServiceNow implementations and delivering business-focused solutions. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. ServiceNow certifications and SAM Pro training are highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $60.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
