Key Skills and Responsibilities

1             Strong hands-on experience developing and configuring solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, workflows, integrations, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Scripted APIs, Business Rules, and UI components.

2             Experience with ServiceNow Security Operations modules including SPC, VR, SIR, and OTM.

3             Strong experience in integrations, orchestration, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, and Flow Designer.

4             Knowledge of cybersecurity domains including Vulnerability Management, Security Posture Management, Compliance, Risk Management, and Identity & Access Management.

5             Experience integrating ServiceNow with security platforms such as Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, SailPoint, BeyondTrust, Symantec and more

6             Working knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Asset Management, and Configuration Compliance.

7             Experience implementing workflow automation, remediation workflows, exception management, and security reporting.

8             Ability to support end-to-end delivery including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

9             Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with Service Managers, Product Owners, and Cybersecurity stakeholders.

Expected Collaboration Model

•             Work closely with Service Managers, Product Owners, and Cybersecurity stakeholders to understand demand, clarify requirements, and deliver prioritized ServiceNow enhancements.

•             Support managed services delivery expectations including development quality, timely updates, testing support, and production stabilization.

Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelor's degree,

or 12 years relevant experience,
