Technical Expertise:
Provide deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform to architect custom solutions and guide customers through discovery, design, and demonstration phases.
Customer Engagement:
Lead technical discovery sessions and workshops, build trust with clients, and represent ServiceNow at customer events and conferences.
Solution Design:
Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations and proofs-of-concept to highlight the business value of ServiceNow solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with product managers, engineering, and other solution consulting teams to provide feedback and improve offerings.
