Job Description

We are seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow architecture, AI/GenAI integrations, and enterprise platform delivery and a proven ability to design, lead, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, SPM, and HRSD.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture and technical design across enterprise programs.
• Drive ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, SPM, and HRSD implementations with a focus on best practices and governance.
• Define and implement AI/GenAI use cases, including Now Assist skills, domain prompts, and agentic workflows.
• Architect secure integrations, including MCP servers, REST APIs, and external AI model connectivity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external customers to capture requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Guide Agile delivery teams, provide technical leadership, and ensure quality through reviews and standards.
• Enable AI-driven actions in ServiceNow Workspaces, Portals, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom apps.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years as a Solution Architect with emphasis on technical analysis, solution design, and enterprise architecture.
• Minimum 5 years consulting with external customers and executive stakeholders.
• Hands-on delivery of 4-5 ServiceNow ITSM implementations and 3-5 ITOM implementations, including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
• Experience with ITAM, including SAM and HAM implementations.
• Working knowledge of HRSD, CSM, FSM, and SPM.
• Strong ServiceNow platform expertise; certifications are desirable.
• 2+ years in AI, LLM, and/or Generative AI with ServiceNow AI/ML capabilities.
• Experience designing Now Assist skills, domain-specific prompts, and RAG-based solutions.
• Proven ability to build AI agents and agentic workflows with orchestration, guardrails, and multi-step automation.
• Experience architecting MCP servers to securely expose ServiceNow data, workflows, and APIs to external AI models.
• Hands-on experience building Claude skills and connectors for AI-driven actions such as record creation, case triage, and data retrieval.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python; solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication/authorization, databases, and system design.

Preferred Skills:

• ServiceNow CTA/CMA certification.
• Delivery experience in Agile environments and scaled frameworks.
