Job Title: ServiceNow Solution Architect - Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
Location: Tysons Corner, VA (Hybrid / Remote)

Job Summary
We are seeking a ServiceNow SPM Solution Architect to design and advance Strategic Portfolio Management solutions supporting the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM, Demand Management, PPM, Portfolio Management, APM, workflow design, reporting, and integration with other ServiceNow capabilities.
Responsibilities- Architect and implement ServiceNow SPM solutions across Demand Management, PPM, Portfolio Management, and APM.
- Design and optimize workflows using ServiceNow Workflow and Flow Designer.
- Develop portfolio, demand, and delivery reporting, analytics, and executive dashboards.
- Integrate ITSM and CSM processes with SPM capabilities.
- Apply CMDB and CSDM principles to SPM data and solution design.
- Support Agile Management, IT Intake, Enterprise Risk Management, Project and Program Management, and Product Portfolio Planning.
- Help establish and improve portfolio governance, processes, and best practices.
- Work with stakeholders to improve SPM adoption and translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Support roadmap planning, release activities, and measurement of business outcomes and ROI.
Required Qualifications- 5-7 years of experience managing ServiceNow environments for a U.S. Federal Government agency.
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow SPM architecture and implementation experience.
- Experience with Demand Management, PPM, Portfolio Management, and APM.
- Experience with ServiceNow Workflow, Flow Designer, reporting, analytics, and dashboards.
- Understanding of CMDB/CSDM and integration of SPM with ITSM and CSM.
- Experience establishing or improving portfolio management processes and governance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required Certifications- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM)
Preferred Qualifications- ServiceNow Enterprise Risk Management experience.
- IT Financial Management or FinOps experience.
- Experience demonstrating ROI or financial outcomes from SPM implementations.
- Experience driving organizational adoption and change.
- Experience presenting portfolio dashboards to executive or government leadership.
- Additional ServiceNow CIS certifications, particularly ITSM or CSM.
Clearance
U.S. Citizenship required. Must be able to obtain and maintain the applicable federal Public Trust suitability determination.
Work Location
Remote within the United States, with occasional onsite or travel requirements as needed.
Compensation:
The expected compensation range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 annually. Compensation is determined in good faith and may vary based on job-related factors, including relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, clearance level, labor category alignment, contract requirements, work location, internal equity, and business needs.
