Job Summary
The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support RapidScale’s managed services and internal operations. This role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Service Delivery teams to enhance workflows, automate processes, and improve overall service experience for enterprise customers.
 
What You Will Do
Design and develop scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, and related modules
Configure workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, and integrations to support service delivery and internal operations
Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems such as monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and CMDB sources
Support CMDB design, data integrity, and service mapping initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
Participate in platform upgrades, testing, and release management
Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for ServiceNow-related issues
 
What You Bring
3 to 6+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
Strong experience with ITSM and exposure to ITOM, CMDB, or Service Catalog
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and integrations
Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, VMware) and how they integrate with ITSM workflows
Experience working in a managed services, MSP, or enterprise IT environment preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
 
Preferred
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer
Experience with service mapping and discovery
Familiarity with DevOps or Agile delivery models
