Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Senior Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This role supports managed services and internal operations by enhancing workflows, automating processes, and improving the overall service experience for enterprise customers.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Service Delivery teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs
- Enhance ITSM workflows and automate operational processes
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery
- Support and optimize ServiceNow platform performance
Required Experience- 3 6 years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong expertise in ITSM with exposure to ITOM, CMDB, or Service Catalog
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and integrations
- Understanding of cloud environments ( AWS, Azure, Client) and their integration with ITSM workflows
- Experience in managed services, MSP, or enterprise IT environments (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
