    Job Description
    Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
    Leads technical delivery within the pod. Acts as the primary hands-on architect for AI builds, owns delivery output quality, and mentor technical consultants.
    TECHNICAL SKILLS:
    •              Extensive ITSM / CSM /HRSD and CMDB platform expertise
    •              Agentic AI with MCP solution design
    •              REST, MID Server, and spokes-based integrations
    •              Glide Script and server side scripting
    •              Flow Design and Automated testing with ATF
    BEHAVIOURS:
    Runs technical discovery with customer
    Peer review and mentoring for technical consultants
    Escalation point for delivery blockers
    CERTIFICATIONS: CSA · CIS ×3+ · CAD · CTA preferred
