Leads upgrade planning and execution Manage instance security: user/group access, administration, access control lists. etc. Provides configuration assistance to developers Collect product and service requirements from business stakeholders to align ServiceNow functionalities with enterprise needs. Design and communicate Technical Architecture Blueprint based on capability and technical requirements to align to business outcomes. Agree and confirm with Client the technical design and integration requirements for the required integration of system interfaces. Manage system documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.
