Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow UI Builder Lead for an urgent onsite engagement with our client in Santa Clara, CA. This role requires a strong technical leader with hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development and modern UI frameworks. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Lead UI development initiatives leveraging ServiceNow UI Builder
Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions using best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Implement and maintain reusable components and frameworks
Guide and mentor junior developers on ServiceNow technologies
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
Strong expertise in:
UI Builder
Script Includes
Service Portal
Proficiency in:
ServiceNow scripting
JavaScript, HTML, CSS
AngularJS and/or React
Experience with:
Flow Designer
IntegrationHub
Access Control Lists (ACLs)
Service Catalog
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and/or CAD
Experience working with:
Customer Service Management (CSM)
NowAssist (GenAI capabilities)
Agentic AI solutions
