ServiceNow UI/UX Designer
Our client, a government agency in the public sector, is seeking a ServiceNow UI/UX Designer to join their team. As a ServiceNow UI/UX Designer, you will be part of the IT department supporting the digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Design and develop custom user interfaces for ServiceNow portals to enhance user experience and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive UI/UX designs.
- Utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs.
- Develop and implement innovative design solutions that improve usability and accessibility.
- Maintain and update existing ServiceNow portals, ensuring they meet current standards and user expectations.
What's Needed?
- Proven experience in ServiceNow Portal Design and Development, with a focus on UI/UX best practices.
- Expertise in ServiceNow Portal Design (P4) and advanced skills in ServiceNow Portal Development (P3).
- Strong knowledge of modern frameworks, agile methodologies, and scalable software solutions.
- Active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain one, with a willingness to work onsite in the DC Metro Area.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to work effectively within a team environment.
