ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Developer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Developer to serve as a functional and technical subject-matter expert and platform architect for the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, configuration, integrations, security workflows, vulnerability management, CMDB/Discovery, and Performance Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional and technical SME for ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance.
• Support the architecture, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow capabilities.
• Own development and sustained support of multiple ServiceNow products.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, process owners, functional teams, and other stakeholders.
• Perform solution design, configuration, development, testing, and production support.
• Design, implement, and support runbooks for Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics.
• Analyze existing security processes and workflows and identify opportunities for improvement, consolidation, and enhancement.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and continuous capability improvements.
• Participate in on-call support as required.
• Maintain operational documentation and reporting.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, including:

• 4+ years of functional and technical experience with:
  • ServiceNow Security Incident Response
  • Vulnerability Response
  • Configuration Compliance

• 4+ years of technical experience with Discovery and CMDB.
• 2+ years of technical experience with Flow Designer.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow Service Portal, including:
  • Widgets
  • Server-side scripting
  • Client-side scripting
  • CSS
  • HTML
  • Portal configuration
• Experience implementing Performance Analytics.
• Required experience integrating third-party security tools such as:
  • Qualys
  • Tanium
  • Veracode
• In-depth understanding of the Vulnerability Management lifecycle and processes.
• Experience implementing REST API integrations with third-party tools.
• Experience implementing Workspaces, Analytics, Dashboards, and Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow:
