QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair processes
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computer systems and service management software (preferred)
  • Previous experience in automotive service, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not a requirement!
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs and concerns
  • Create detailed and accurate repair orders
  • Communicate recommended services and repair options in a clear, professional manner
  • Provide cost estimates, timelines, and status updates to customers
  • Coordinate work between customers and automotive technicians
  • Review vehicle inspection reports and recommend additional services when appropriate
  • Schedule service appointments and manage workflow in the service department
  • Be knowledgeable of current available financing and tire rebates. 
  • Process invoices, payments, and maintain accurate service records
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up
