Primary Purpose


Perform activities relating to designing, building, testing, implementing and maintaining IT services, portfolios, products, projects and processes under the guidance of a Sr. IT Services Analyst or Manager. May assist in the coordination of tasks for subordinates. Independence level: Works under general supervision.


Note: This is a hybrid position (in-office with remote flexibility). Employees are required to be in office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).


This role is open to our corporate offices in IL, PA, NJ, DE, MD or Washington DC. No relocation is available.


You must be able to commute within our service area to be considered.


Primary Duties


+ Perform, document, and assist in planning work activities relating to IT service portfolios or products in support of our business partners within the confines of financial commitments. Assist with IT activities required to manage service level agreements under the direction of a Sr. IT Services Analyst or Manager. (65%)

+ Maintain engagement with business and IT partners. (10%)

+ Assist less experienced personnel. (10%)

+ Proactively build business/IT knowledge to provide solutions. (10%)

+ Utilize best practices to improve products and services. Apply and verify compliance to standards as defined within the Management Model. (5%)


Job Scope


+ As assigned, work effectively with outsourcing partners

+ Performs this service in support of (fill in business area i.e. Energy Delivery, Real Time, etc).


Minimum Qualifications


+ Bachelors degree and typically 2 to 5 years related experience in Information Technology or 6 to 9 equivalent combination of education and work experience in lieu of degree.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel

+ Knowledge of utility business practices and processes

+ Strong problem solving skills

+ Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)


Preferred Qualifications


+ Bachelors degree in Computer Science preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI or other reporting technology a plus.

+ Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow processes (incident, problem, request, and APM record management).

+ Experience performing business analysis functions, including requirements gathering, process documentation, and solution alignment.

+ Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa, including preparing business-friendly communications and updates.

+ Familiarity with Real Estate and Facilities functions within a multi-OpCo utility environment.

+ Proven experience utilizing ServiceNow to support formal ITSM processes for application support and change management.

+ Demonstrated experience using Copilot as a supporting tool for enhance execution efficiency.

+ Annual salary will vary based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $85,600.00/Yr. – $117,700.00/Yr.
