The Services Operations Analyst is pivotal in transforming business processes, systems, and data analytics to enhance strategic decision-making and advance both internal and client initiatives. The manager will standardize reporting functions and drive the team towards higher efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction by implementing comprehensive operational tools and processes. Additionally, this role requires a strong blend of strategic vision and tactical skills, focusing on system implementations, financial forecasting, and project reporting, while integrating operations from newly acquired companies to maintain our agility and excellence as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and efficient billing and month-end processing activities, adhering to defined closing timelines
  • Enhance productivity, profit margins, and revenue by leveraging detailed analysis and actionable insights
  • Implement processes that proactively monitor and rectify data inconsistencies, enhancing data reliability
  • Oversee acquisition integrations, ensuring timely and accurate system implementations and data migrations

Competencies

  • Ability to identify potential issues before they arise and effectively address them to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
  • Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive business strategies
  • Manages budgeting and forecasting to align with strategic financial planning
  • Process-oriented view to problem solving
  • Manages projects efficiently, ensuring completion on time and within budget constraints

Requirements 

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years' experience in operations within a software company (e.g., PS ops, sales ops, finance)
  • Track record of delivering accurate financial models or analysis
  • Experience supporting professional services teams preferred
