Services Specialist - Customer Order and Fulfillment

Location: The Woodlands, TX

Work Mode: Onsite

Monday - Friday (8am to 5pm)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery execution in a manufacturing environment, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Work cross-functionally with warehouse, procurement, logistics, and operations teams to manage inventory constraints and resolve delivery exceptions.
• Support shipping and documentation processes.
• Manage and prioritize daily deliveries, including high-priority orders.
• Create and process deliveries in SAP following completion of requirements.
• Evaluate and coordinate product modifications prior to shipment.
• Review inventory availability and collaborate with buyers on stock and safety stock usage.
• Coordinate with warehouse and shop teams to pull and stage materials.
• Manage shipping details, including methods, schedules, and special requirements.
• Resolve logistics issues (e.g., address changes, incoterms, export documentation).
• Create and maintain system transactions.
• Process classification requests and support invoicing activities.
• Communicate with stakeholders to resolve unclear instructions and ensure delivery accuracy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
