Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery execution in a manufacturing environment.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Work cross-functionally with warehouse, procurement, logistics, and operations teams.
- Manage inventory constraints and resolve delivery exceptions.
- Support shipping and documentation processes.
- Manage and prioritize daily deliveries, including high-priority orders.
- Create and process deliveries in SAP following completion of requirements.
- Evaluate and coordinate product modifications prior to shipment.
- Review inventory availability and collaborate with buyers on stock and safety stock usage.
- Coordinate with warehouse and shop teams to pull and stage materials.
- Manage shipping details, including methods, schedules, and special requirements.
- Resolve logistics issues such as address changes, incoterms, and export documentation.
- Create and maintain system transactions.
- Process classification requests and support invoicing activities.
- Communicate with stakeholders to resolve unclear instructions and ensure delivery accuracy.
