Job Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Service Representative:

$16.50/hour + $0.50 language differential, with the opportunity to increase salary to $18.15/hour within 60 to 90 days. No experience required. Entry-level candidates are welcome: we offer full-time paid training!

Hybrid work schedule:

  • First 60 days: You will work exclusively from our headquarters in El Paso.
  • After 60 days: The position will become hybrid, requiring you to come to the El Paso headquarters 3 to 4 days a week and work remotely 1 to 2 days a week.
  • Note that the possibility of maintaining a hybrid schedule may vary based on business needs and your performance. You must be able to come to the El Paso headquarters as required.

What you will do:

  • You will be the voice of the company to our customers, focusing on preventing future issues and promoting our services.
  • You will maintain a solid knowledge of our wireless products, accessories, and tariff plans.
  • You will respond accurately to customer inquiries about billing, devices, product features, troubleshooting, and hardware operation, achieving a resolution in one call.
  • You will identify opportunities and provide feedback by evaluating call trends and/or diagnostic improvements, in order to offer a superior level of customer service, performance, and efficiency.
  • You will become the best customer service advocate in the industry, interacting with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions to customer needs and technical problems.

  • Multitasking: Efficiently manage multiple tasks, inquiries, or incidents simultaneously without compromising service quality.
  • Requirements: Ability to communicate fluently with customers in both Spanish and English; high school diploma or GED; availability to work full-time on-site; flexibility to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays; smartphone or device with active network connection; pre-employment assessment.
    • $2 additional per hour worked after 6:00 p.m.
    • $2 additional per hour worked on weekends.
    • These differentials are cumulative; this means that if you work both after 6:00 p.m. and on weekends, you will earn an additional $4 per hour for those shifts!

  • Information about our growing wireless services business, as well as knowledge on how to make changes to plans, devices, and other account-specific data.
  • Information about our customer service tools and how to use them appropriately to resolve incidents.
  • Instructor-led courses to ensure knowledge retention and encourage participation as new content is covered.
  • Practical learning through role-playing simulations, call observation, and telephone practice exercises.

Hiring is subject to successful completion of a pre-employment test, which includes a drug screening and an acceptable driving record. The indicated remuneration may reflect a combination of hourly wage rate and a salary differential by location.
