SERVPRO® Restoration Technician

The Restoration Technician performs restoration processes to meet the service needs of individual restoration projects and maintain the professional appearance of SERVPRO® equipment as well as an assigned service vehicle. This role represents the best in the cleanup and restoration industry by providing quality, consistent, and efficient work.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities.
• Set up staging areas and equipment for each project.
• Perform restoration processes as directed.
• Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
• Communicate with manager, supervisor, and other technicians to maintain efficient restoration processes.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
• Leave the jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
• Clean and maintain the warehouse, office, and grounds, as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction industries preferred.
• IICRC certifications preferred
• Strong work ethic.
• Strong oral communication skills.
• This job requires the use of Personal Protective Equipment including the wear and use of respirators.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check, drug screen, and clean driving record; subject to applicable law.
