What You'll Be Doing


You'll work hands-on across water mitigation, fire and smoke restoration, and mold remediation — extracting water, setting up drying equipment, cleaning and deodorizing affected spaces, and safely removing contaminated materials. You'll document your work along the way and communicate with customers with clarity and compassion, because how you treat people matters as much as the work itself. Above all, you'll collaborate closely with your crew chief and teammates, following safety standards that keep everyone protected.

What You'll Need


•      Solid communication skills, plus basic math and computer skills


•      A valid driver's license


•      Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly


•      Comfort working with/around cleaning products and chemicals


•      Ability to pass a background check, subject to applicable law


•      Basic iPad/iOS skills

Pay


$19–$25/hour based on experience, plus overtime, after-hours bonuses, and merit-based increases. Give us a call — let's talk!
