Job Description:
We need diverse manufacturing Maintenance Mechanics OR mechanically inclined persons that have worked on or set-up machines (this is a precursor to the Maintenance Mechanic).
The equipment and job duties:
- Repair all production equipment and plant equipment.
- Serpentine conveyors (rubber/fabric, plastic interlocking),
- rotary and linear liquid filling machines
- spindle and semi-auto belt cappers
- check-weighers, blow-offs
- PLC's
- heat sealers, fabric winder/unwinders
- bottle unscramblers
- gravity feeders to name a few.
- Execute line and equipment changeovers.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems during production.
- Promote teamwork by talking it out, brainstorming, using your experience and learning from each other.
- Maintenance techs repair, conduct PM's, fabricate, conduct line change overs, trouble shoot, and assembly of any part of the process on the line.
