Set Up Tech
Shift: 3rd, (11pm-7am)
Pay: $30/hr. + $3/hr (Based on experience)
We’re looking for a skilled Injection Molding Set Up Technician ready to bring their expertise to a fast-paced production environment. If you enjoy hands on work, solving problems, and keeping machines running at peak performance, this role is for you.
Job Description:
- Set up and start injection molding machines for production runs
- Monitor press performance to ensure quality parts and optimal output
- Troubleshoot and resolve process and equipment issues
- Minimize downtime and drive continuous improvement in efficiency
- Maintain production schedules by ensuring smooth job transitions
- Work with engineered resins and support scientific molding practices (a plus)
- 2–5 years of injection molding experience required
- Experience with set-ups, troubleshooting, and process optimization
- Knowledge of scientific molding and engineered-grade resins is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
