Component Assembly, Identify Issues, Manufacturing, Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, Preventative Maintenance, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Team Player
This is a 3rd shift Set Up Tech position paying $20/hr BOE, suitable for diverse manufacturing maintenance mechanics or mechanically inclined individuals with machine setup experience.
Responsibilities include
- Repairing production and plant equipment such as conveyors, filling machines, cappers, check-weighers, PLCs, heat sealers, bottle unscramblers, and gravity feeders.
- Executing line and equipment changeovers.
- Performing scheduled preventive maintenance.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues during production.
- Fostering teamwork through communication and collaboration.
- Repairing, fabricating, troubleshooting, and assembling line components as needed.
