This role involves performing machine startups, basic troubleshooting, quality checks, and assisting team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Certification in LOTO and electric pallet jacks is required, along with the ability to lift 60 lbs and work extended hours.
Ideal candidates have 1+ years of setup technician experience, 3+ years of manufacturing work, and a high school diploma or GED preferred. Qualifications include reliability, teamwork, basic computer skills, and the flexibility to work overtime.
