• Permanent 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM-11:00 PM (overtime as needed on Saturdays)

What Were Looking For:

• High School Diploma preferred
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Basic mechanical and electrical work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well with others
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as needed

What Youll Do as a Setup Technician:

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on all equipment
• Monitor and adjust production processes and equipment for quality and productivity
• Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and standard operating procedures (changeovers)
• Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed
• Troubleshoot and correct issues with equipment, devices, or products
• Perform various production and quality control duties as requested
• Initiate, participate in, and maintain 6S standards and lean manufacturing concepts
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement program
• Understand and demonstrate commitment to the companys Quality Policy and ISO 9001:2015 responsibilities
• Perform special duties as assigned by management
• Patrol job stations throughout the shift
