Kaas Settlement Consulting | Newport Beach, CA | Full-Time, On-Site
Kaas Settlement Consulting is a boutique, high-volume structured settlement and financial planning firm — and one of the top producers in the country. We help injured individuals and their families navigate complex settlement decisions involving structured payments, trusts, government benefits, and long-term financial planning.
The work is fast-moving, detail-heavy, and deeply human.
We’re looking for a sharp, highly organized Settlement Case Manager to own cases from intake through policy issuance.
You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients while also driving the operational work behind the scenes — coordinating with attorneys, financial advisors, trust professionals, insurance partners, and our internal team to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
This is a strong fit for someone from wealth management, financial services, insurance, legal services, paraplanning, or high-touch client service who is accustomed to managing complex work with urgency and precision.
We will train the right person on structured settlements.
Own cases from intake through completion, including documentation, follow-up, correspondence, and policy issuance
Serve as a responsive, reassuring point of contact for clients and families
Coordinate closely with attorneys, advisors, trust professionals, and other partners
Prepare quotes, proposals, settlement documents, policies, and related correspondence
Maintain accurate case files and deadlines in Salesforce, Asana, and shared systems
Anticipate issues, prioritize independently, and keep multiple time-sensitive cases moving
2+ years in financial services, wealth management, insurance, legal services, or another high-touch professional environment
Exceptional organization and follow-through
Strong written and verbal communication
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, financial documents, and detailed case files
Calm, responsive, and empathetic with clients — including people navigating difficult circumstances
Able to prioritize independently in a fast-paced environment where details matter
Microsoft Office proficiency; Salesforce experience is a plus
Able to work fully on-site in Newport Beach
You’ll work directly with one of the country’s leading settlement planners on cases that can genuinely change the trajectory of a family’s life. This is a small, high-performing team where you’ll receive hands-on training, meaningful responsibility, and significant opportunity to grow.
